Terms of Use
Last updated: September 2026
1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to the use of the website beyonddo.de and the functions offered through it. The provider is Charity Darko, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-443-274, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, email: charity@builtwithcca.com. Full provider identification is in the Imprint.
Conflicting or differing terms proposed by a user do not become part of the agreement unless we agree to them expressly and in writing.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the German version governs.
2. What Beyonddo is
Beyonddo is an orientation and navigation service. We bring together information about routes into work, apprenticeships and further training in Germany, and point to the competent bodies for official services.
Beyonddo is not legal, immigration, tax or financial advice, not job placement within the meaning of SGB III, not a recognition authority for foreign qualifications, and not a public authority. We make no decisions about residence, recognition, funding or benefits, and can neither promise nor influence such decisions. The Disclaimer sets this out in detail.
3. Current state of the service
The website is under construction. At present you can browse open jobs, create a free account, use the Opportunity Navigator, register for notifications and order a paid 1:1 call, guided support or Beyonddo Plus (section 6). There is no entitlement to availability, to any particular feature, to particular job listings, or to any particular launch date.
We may change, restrict or discontinue the free service at any time; for paid services and running subscriptions, section 6 applies. Consent already given is unaffected and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Registration and confirmation
Registration uses double opt-in: you enter your email address, receive an email with a confirmation link, and are registered only once you follow it. Without confirmation we do not write to you again.
Registration is free of charge. No contract for a paid service arises from it.
You may withdraw your consent at any time — via the unsubscribe link in every email, or informally to charity@builtwithcca.com. See the Privacy Notice for details.
5. Free account
The account is free. With it you see the description of published jobs, how to apply and the source of each listing, and you can get emails about new jobs for up to five saved searches. The contract for the account is concluded when you set your password through the link in our email.
Each account is for one person. Your details must be accurate, and you keep your password secret. We may block an account that is misused, for example to scrape jobs automatically or under a false name.
Applications do not go through Beyonddo: you apply directly to the employer or to the source of the listing. Beyonddo does not become a party to any employment or training contract and cannot promise a job. Beyonddo is free for applicants.
You can delete your account at any time and without giving reasons, under “My account”. Deletion takes effect immediately.
6. Paid services: 1:1 call, guided support and Beyonddo Plus
With an account you can order three paid services: a 30-minute 1:1 call with the founding team on Google Meet, guided support to a decision (document review and visa/job preparation), and the monthly Beyonddo Plus subscription. Plus includes one group Q&A with the founding team per calendar month and a discount on 1:1 calls of the amount shown on the offer page.
The calls give general orientation on work, training, further education, recognition and language in Germany. They are not legal advice, in particular not on visas or residence, and not job placement. None of the services gives access to jobs, priority with employers or the promise of a job; browsing jobs and applying stay free. Guided support prepares you: we do not assess with binding effect whether you meet the requirements for a residence title or recognition, we do not file applications for you, and we do not represent you before authorities or employers. Only the competent authority decides on visas, residence and recognition; we do not owe any particular outcome.
The prices shown on the offer page when you order apply. People who, according to their account, live in a lower-income country pay a reduced price for the 1:1 call and Plus; which countries these are follows the World Bank classification (low and lower-middle income). The country you give must be accurate. All prices are final; no VAT is charged under § 19 UStG. For payment through Paystack, the prices in Ghanaian cedi (GHS) shown on the offer page apply.
The contract is concluded when you complete the order on the payment page of our payment provider, Stripe. Payment is through Stripe with the methods offered there, in euro, or through Paystack by Mobile Money or card, in Ghanaian cedi; in that case the contract is concluded when you complete the payment on Paystack’s payment page. A 1:1 call and guided support are due when ordered, Plus at the start of each billing month in advance. Stripe sends you the invoice by email; for payment through Paystack, Paystack sends you a receipt.
You pick the time of a 1:1 call in our booking calendar after paying; if no time there suits you, we agree one by email. You can move the call free of charge until 24 hours before it. A call missed without cancelling at least 24 hours before counts as held. If we have to cancel, we offer a new time; if no new time is agreed within 30 days, we refund the price.
Guided support covers: going through the documents you upload in your account for completeness, form and clarity; pointers on which documents are usually asked for in your application or job search; and calls on Google Meet as needed, to prepare for the application, the appointment at the embassy or authority, and job interviews. You pick the times in our booking calendar; the previous paragraph applies to moving and missing them.
Guided support ends when the competent authority has decided on your application or you have accepted a job or training place, and at the latest 12 months after the order. It also ends when you tell us you no longer need it. Upload only documents about yourself; you can delete them at any time, and we delete them 30 days after the support ends.
The Plus Q&A takes place once per calendar month; we tell members the date and link by email and in their account. The link is for members only and must not be passed on. If a Q&A does not take place for reasons we are responsible for, we offer a new date in the same or the following month.
Plus runs for one month at a time and renews for another month unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current month paid for: through “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of every page, in your account or by email. The right to extraordinary cancellation is unaffected. If you delete your account, a running Plus subscription ends with it at once. If you pay for Plus through Paystack, you pay one month in advance: that month does not renew by itself and ends when it runs out, without any need to cancel. Before it ends, you can extend it by another month; we send a reminder by email a few days before.
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; the details and the model form are in the notice on the right of withdrawal. We begin a service before the withdrawal period ends only if you expressly ask for that when ordering.
7. Rules of use
You may not use the website in a way that disrupts or endangers its operation. In particular the following are prohibited: automated retrieval of content beyond ordinary use, circumventing technical protection measures, entering someone else's email address without their agreement, and any use for unlawful purposes.
You confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to use the email address you enter.
8. Content and rights
The content, design, texts and the Beyonddo name are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Use beyond what the law permits requires our prior consent.
Links to third-party offers are provided for orientation. Their content is the sole responsibility of the respective providers.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act.
For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible at all and on whose observance you may regularly rely (cardinal obligation), limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of agreement.
Liability is otherwise excluded. The Disclaimer additionally applies to the accuracy, completeness and currency of the information provided.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms where legally or technically necessary or where the service changes. We will inform registered users of material changes by email. If you do not object within six weeks, the amended terms are deemed accepted; we will point this consequence out separately in that notice.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of your habitual residence are unaffected.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
12. Final provisions
Should any provision be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
